目的:探究牙周炎患者接受一次性全口龈下刮治以及根面平整术治疗的价值。方法:选取牙周炎患者100例作为此次研究对象,根据其治疗措施的不同进行分组,其中实验组实施一次性全口龈下刮治以及根面平整术进行治疗,对照组则实施分象限龈下刮治以及根面平整术治疗,对比2组牙周炎患者治疗结果的差异。结果:2组牙周炎患者的探诊出血率、探诊深度、龈沟出血指数、菌斑指数相比,差异较小(P>0.05),实验组牙周炎患者的治愈时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:牙周炎患者接受一次性全口龈下刮治以及根面平整术治疗,疗效较好。
Objective: To investigate the value of one-time full mouth subgingival curettage and root planing in patients with periodontitis. Methods: One hundred patients with periodontitis were selected as the object of study. The patients were divided into groups according to the different treatment measures. The experimental group received one-time full mouth subgingival scaling and root radicalization while the control group Subgingival curettage and root planing treatment, comparing the difference between two groups of patients with periodontitis treatment results. Results: There was no significant difference in exploration bleeding rate, probing depth, sulcus bleeding index and plaque index between the two groups (P> 0.05). The healing time of periodontitis patients in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the periodontitis group Control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Patients with periodontitis receive a one-time full mouth subgingival curettage and radical root surface treatment, the effect is better.
