建构主义学习理论认为学习应该是从每个学习者的角度出发,建构起其自身的知识框架,在这一过程中教师应该发挥积极的引导和辅助作用。我国法科学生的职业能力培养水平与法律职业要求之间尚存在差距,原因之一就是没有重视学生的主体性意识。本文从建构主义学习理论的角度出发,探讨通过激发学生的主体性意识并以学生为中心实施教学行为,从而达到法科学生职业能力养成的目标,并在此基础上建立关于法科学生职业能力的评价指标体系。
Constructivism theory of learning that learning should be from the perspective of each learner to construct its own knowledge framework, in the process of teachers should play an active role in guiding and supporting. One of the reasons why there is a gap between the level of vocational ability cultivation and the legal occupation requirement of our French law students is that we have not paid much attention to the students’ subjective consciousness. From the perspective of constructivism learning theory, this article explores the goal of cultivating the professional ability of law students through stimulating students’ subjective consciousness and implementing student-centered teaching behaviors, and on this basis, Evaluation System.
