根据安徽省地震局掌握的地震学方面的资料,研究了华东地区1970年以来。特别是苏鲁交界重点监视区确定以来的震情跟踪经验,提出该地区中强震前的3条中期地震学指标为,有3项以上表征本地处于高活动阶段的异常;异常指标上升到11项以上(占总指标数的45%以上)的最高值后在高水平上持续(起伏)半年以上;大丰-兴化地区发生Ms3.0以上地震(对苏皖陆区)。3条中短过渡或短期指标为:异常指标总项数在高值上持续半年以上后突然下降4~5项或更多;霍山窗口的小震频度形成峰值后开始下降;在海安-东台地区发生Ms3.0以上地震。
According to the seismological data obtained by the Seismological Bureau of Anhui Province, we have studied the East China since 1970. Especially the seismic monitoring since the confirmation of the key monitoring area at the junction of Sulu and the three medium-term seismological indicators before the moderate-strong earthquakes in the area are as follows: there are three or more indicators of local anomalies in the high activity phase; and the anomaly index rises to 11 (More than 45% of the total number of indicators) after the high level of continuous (ups and downs) more than six months; Dafeng - Xinghua area Ms3.0 earthquake occurred (for the Jiangsu-Anhui area). The short or medium term or short-term indicators of the three indicators are as follows: the total number of anomalies suddenly dropped by 4 ~ 5 or more at a high value for more than six months; the frequency of the small earthquakes in Huoshan Mountain peaked and then started to decline; in Haian-Dongtai Ms3.0 earthquake occurred in the area.
