中药注射剂是近三十年发展起来的一种新型制剂,它的确切疗效已经为临床所证实,并且已广泛应用于医院急诊药房、病房药房,然而近年来有关中药注射剂不良反应的报道日渐增多,不断发生的不良反应为中药注射剂的发展提出了新课题。笔者针对近几年的有关报道,对不良反应的原因进行了初步分析,希望对临床安全用药有指导意义。
Traditional Chinese medicine injection is a new type of preparation developed in the past 30 years. Its exact efficacy has been confirmed by clinical practice and has been widely used in hospital emergency room pharmacy and ward pharmacy. However, there have been increasing reports of adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine injections in recent years. Continuing adverse reactions have raised new issues for the development of traditional Chinese medicine injections. The author has carried out a preliminary analysis of the causes of adverse reactions in response to relevant reports in recent years and hopes to have a guiding significance for clinical safe drug use.
