介绍了一种高压断路器操作过程中外部振动信号的检测和处理系统。系统由计算机、机械振动信号加速度传感器和系统处理软件等组成,具有数据采集、信号处理等功能。通过信号处理技术,分析了振动信号时域和频域的响应特性,揭示了外部振动信号与内部机械部件运动和撞击的对应关系。以试品断路器的合闸缓冲器为例,运用振动信号的检测和处理,定量描述了合闸缓冲器的机械状态。监测系统从安装在断路器的表面上的传感器获取振动信号,不需要电气接线,这种检测方法适用于高压断路器的在线监测。
A detection and processing system for external vibration signals during operation of high voltage circuit breakers is introduced. System consists of computer, mechanical vibration signal acceleration sensor and system processing software and other components, with data acquisition, signal processing and other functions. Through the signal processing technology, the response characteristics of the vibration signal in time domain and frequency domain are analyzed, and the corresponding relationship between the external vibration signal and the movement and impact of the internal mechanical components is revealed. Taking the closing damper of the sample circuit breaker as an example, the mechanical condition of the closing damper is quantitatively described by the detection and processing of the vibration signal. The monitoring system acquires the vibration signal from the sensor mounted on the surface of the circuit breaker without electrical wiring. This method of detection is suitable for on-line monitoring of high voltage circuit breakers.
