走新型城市化发展道路是广州在新的历史起点上实现新发展的战略抉择,而要推动这一战略的实现就迫切需要实施文化引领工程,以形成推动社会实践新发展的文化自觉。要在新形势下推动广州城市文化建设和发展、提升广州的文化软实力,必须要从实施文化引领工程对推动新型城市化发展的重要性、实施文化引领工程的针对性与需要解决的主要问题以及广州实施文化引领工程的目标设计与主要对策措施等三个方面展开理性分析。
Taking the road of new urbanization is a strategic choice for Guangzhou to achieve new development at a new historical starting point.
