次氯酸根是活性氯的组成部分,可影响水的自净能力和水生物的生长。因此,对次氯酸根的监测已为环保部门所重视,次氯酸根的测定方法常见的有常规滴定法,吸光光度法和电化学法。这些方法或是灵敏度不高,或是选择性不好,因而其应用受到一定的限制。近年来,人们已注意用化学发光法来测定次氯酸根。文献报道的测定次氯酸根的化学发光法均以鲁米诺、光泽精等老发光体系为基础,且以上发光试剂比较难得。本文报道基于丙酮-H_2O_2-
