近年来随着网络信息技术的不断发展,电子化不断改变着人们的生活。人们享受着先进科技所带来的便捷,也推动了电子化在各行各业的渗透。档案信息是事业单位、企业、社会组织等实现长足发展的重要保障,电子化技术应用到单位内部的档案信息管理,将有效推动工作效率的提升。笔者立足工作实践,就档案信息化的现状进行分析,并探讨了档案信息电子化的发展趋势和益处,就如何实现其优化提出几点策略,以期抛砖引玉。
In recent years, with the continuous development of network information technology, electronic constantly changing people’s lives. People enjoy the convenience brought by advanced technology, but also promote the electronic penetration in all walks of life. File information is an important guarantee for rapid development of institutions, enterprises and social organizations. The application of electronic technology to file information management within an organization will effectively promote the improvement of work efficiency. Based on the work practice, the author analyzes the status quo of file informationization and discusses the development trend and benefits of electronic file information, and puts forward some strategies on how to optimize it.
