实施校企合作是职业教育改革发展的必由之路。职业教育的校企合作,就是在职业院校与企业及行业间建立起多种形式的密切联系,共同打造教育过程,落实教育的培养目标。然而,从校企合作的现状来看,非对等性,脆弱性,风险性,缺乏体制,机制保障等问题依然束缚着校企合作的深入开展。通过中职学校校企合作现状的分析,结合工作实际,对校企合作中存在的问题进行探讨,并提出解决问题的意见或建议,对深化职业教育改革,清除体制上的障碍和突破传统观念的束缚,具有重要的意义。
The implementation of the school-enterprise cooperation is the only way for the reform and development of vocational education. The cooperation between schools and enterprises in vocational education is to establish various forms of close contact between vocational colleges and enterprises and industries so as to jointly build up the education process and implement the training objectives of education. However, judging from the status quo of school-enterprise cooperation, issues such as non-reciprocity, vulnerability, risk, lack of system and mechanism guarantee still constrain the further development of school-enterprise cooperation. Through the analysis of the status quo of school-enterprise cooperation in secondary vocational schools and the actual work, this paper discusses the problems existing in the cooperation between schools and enterprises and puts forward the opinions or suggestions on how to solve the problems, deepens the reform of vocational education, eliminates the system barriers and breaks through the traditional concepts The shackles, of great significance.
