Three Memoranda NATO expects to sign three memorandums this year on the development of new types of air-to-ground weapons. NATO has reached an agreement on the military model of long-range missiles to be deployed outside the zone so that the armed forces should be equipped to deal with the fixed targets in the early nineties.
