和谐是如今整个社会的发展目标,法律作为社会科学的重要组成部分必然也要体现和谐的内容,社区矫正作为一种全新的刑罚执行方式,与监禁矫正相对应,更人性化,体现以人为本。虽然社区矫正制度刚刚在《刑法修正案(八)草案》上崭露头角,理论研究时间不长,但这个全新的问题已经被全社会关注,如何做好社区矫正工作是非常值得研究的。
Harmony is the goal of the development of society as a whole nowadays. As an important part of social science, law must also reflect the content of harmony. Community correction, as a new mode of execution of punishment, corresponds to imprisonment correction and is more humane and people-oriented. Although the system of community correction has just emerged in the “Draft Amendment to the Criminal Law (8)” and the theoretical research has not taken a long time, this brand new issue has drawn the attention of the entire society. How to do a good job of community correction is worth studying.
