This article describes the principle, characteristics and applications of semiconductor temperature-sensitive devices. In the early 1960s, in order to meet the needs of low temperature and superconducting technologies, the United States first developed and produced gallium arsenide thermosensitive diodes, and then developed and produced silicon temperature sensitive diodes. In a certain mode of operating current, the diode forward voltage and temperature have a good linear relationship between the temperature-sensitive diode is the use of this feature.
