水泥企业石灰石露天矿采用汽车运输日益普遍,数量不断扩大,尤其较大容量的柴油车已成为主要的运矿工具。过去,我们对油耗的计算,均采用“手册”标明的每百公里油耗,实际并不能反映矿山运输的油耗情况。经验表明,在工作面运输条件下,柴油消耗大于正常运输,油耗量不能单纯由运输距离来决定。矿山运输矿石的汽车,在电铲装车时,柴油机一般均不停止工作,装完后起动、加速、等速行驶、减速、倒车、卸料、返回电铲装矿,如此循环往复。根据其特点,这里提出一种关于这类汽车油耗计算的新的分析方法——暂时命名为“排挡分析法”,供有关部门参考。计算步骤可概略归纳于下: 1.先确定柴油车型号,记下技术特性:
The use of automobile transportation in the limestone open-pit mines of cement enterprises has become increasingly common, and the number has continued to expand. In particular, larger-capacity diesel vehicles have become the main mining tools. In the past, we used the “handbook” fuel consumption per 100 km for the calculation of fuel consumption, which did not actually reflect the fuel consumption of mine transportation. Experience shows that diesel fuel consumption is greater than normal transportation under the conditions of face transportation, and the fuel consumption can not be determined solely by the transport distance. When a mine transports an ore car, the diesel engine generally does not stop working when the shovel is loaded. After loading, the diesel engine starts, accelerates, runs at constant speed, decelerates, reverses, unloads, and returns to the electric shovel for loading and unloading.
