北京市西城区副食業一百多个最平凡的青年售貨員写成了一本長达18万字的《副食品商品学》。这是我們年青一代在党的教养下树立了敢想敢干的創举,破除了只有專家、学者才能著書的迷信。《副食品商品学》介紹的商品,共分14类,几乎包括了首都市場上銷售的副食品的全部品种。每类商品的闡述,前面都有总的說明,講解这一类商品在全国、在北京的产銷情况,国家对这一商品的政策。每一品种除分别按名称(包括俗称和学名)、产地、規格、質量、保管、鑒別、加工、食用知識等項作了詳細講解外,并附有插圖。如果拿国内已經出版的有关的商品学書籍作比較,我們認为《副食品商品学》是具有較高的水平的,它所具备的許多特点,正是其他食品商品学書籍所缺少的。第一,該書最大的特点是来自实踐,集中了劳动群众的智慧,能够直接指导实踐。这本書的写作过程是全
