以某铁矿排岩胶带系统相关数据为依据,采用ISO5048算法,计算排岩胶带系统1#胶带在不同输送量情况下的驱动力、电机功率、电流和安全系数等参数,最终建立了输送量与电机电流、输送量与胶带安全系数的函数,在许用安全系数范围内,得出了排岩胶带系统最佳输送量,对排岩胶带系统稳产高产具有指导意义。
