作者应用淋巴细胞转化试验,对肿瘤病人的免疫状态,进行了测定,试图观察它与中医理论某些方面的可能关系。观察结果表明虚证组细胞免疫水平极显著低于实证组(P<0.01),不少癌肿患者的肿块坚实,貌似盛候,但其整机体能却是低下衰竭的,癌肿患者无论是“虚证”或“实证”,其细胞免疫功能都是降低的。虚、实两组的淋巴细胞转化率平均值都低于正常人亦证实了这种观点。
The authors applied the lymphocyte transformation test to determine the immune status of cancer patients and tried to observe its possible relationship with certain aspects of TCM theory. The observational results showed that the level of cellular immunity was significantly lower in the asymptomatic group than in the positive group (P<0.01). Many patients with cancer had solid masses that looked like they were alive, but their overall physical fitness was low and exhaustion. Cancer patients were either “Deficiency” or “evidence” has a reduced cellular immune function. The average value of the lymphocyte transformation rate in both the virtual group and the real group is lower than that of the normal person, which also confirms this view.
