在检测可疑致癌物的工作中,要研究建立多个部位的多种类型的肿瘤模型,皮下肿瘤是其中之一。这一种模型具有不少优点。为了给可疑致癌物的检测工作作准备,作者曾以上海地区引进的Sprague-Da-wley系大鼠为实验对象,摸索在皮下建立引发性肿瘤模型的规律性。现将初步结果报告如下。材料和方法动物分组:取三月龄的Sprague-Dawleey系大鼠,平均体重200克。随机分别归入实验和对照二组。每组雌雄皆有,五只一笼。雌雄分笼,常规饲养。方法:实验之初,以 0.2%的甲基胆蒽(MCA,C_(21)H_(16),瑞士Fluka产品)麻油溶液注入大鼠右侧第Ⅴ对乳头深部的皮下。每只给1mg/0.5ml,只给一剂。实验组雌性20只、雄性11只。对照组雌雄各10只于
Subcutaneous tumors are among the many types of tumor models that are being explored in establishing multiple sites for the detection of suspicious carcinogens. This model has many advantages. In order to prepare for the detection of suspected carcinogens, the authors used the Sprague-Da-wley rats introduced in Shanghai as experimental subjects and explored the regularity of establishing a primed tumor model under the skin. The preliminary results are reported below. Materials and Methods Animal grouping: Three-month-old Sprague-Dawley rats weighing 200 g were used. Randomly divided into experimental and control groups two. Each group of both male and female, five a cage. Separation of male and female, routine feeding. Methods: At the beginning of experiment, the rats were injected subcutaneously into the deep part of the nipple in the Ⅴ of the right side of the rat with 0.2% methylcholanthrene (MCA, C_ (21) H_ (16), Fluka, Switzerland) sesame oil solution. Each give 1mg / 0.5ml, only to one dose. The experimental group 20 females, 11 males. The control group of 10 male and 10 in each
