The second volume, Virginia Woolf Letters, provides us with a magnificent picture of the life of this outstanding woman writer in the first decade of the 20th century. This article analyzes the social soil that the female writers in the West enjoy the growth of women’s consciousness, and the writer’s unique perspective on the war in the context of the First World War, and thus the participation of feminists in social activities.
