利用TEMPO/Na Br/Na Cl O氧化体系氧化细菌纤维素(BC)制备氧化细菌纤维素(TOBC)。考察了p H值、反应时间、反应温度以及Fe(Ⅱ)初始浓度等因素对TOBC吸附Fe(Ⅱ)的影响,并进一步模拟其吸附动力学。结果表明,氧化后,BC链上引入了羧基,使改性后的BC对Fe(Ⅱ)的吸附率得以提高,特别是Fe(Ⅱ)浓度较低时,吸附率达到90%及以上;吸附过程符合准二级动力学特征方程,具有良好的线性相关性,属于化学吸附。
Oxidative bacterial cellulose (TOBC) was prepared by oxidizing bacterial cellulose (BC) using TEMPO / Na Br / Na Cl O oxidation system. The effects of p H value, reaction time, reaction temperature and Fe (Ⅱ) initial concentration on the adsorption of Fe (Ⅱ) by TOBC were investigated, and the adsorption kinetics was further simulated. The results showed that the carboxyl group was introduced into the BC chain after oxidation to improve the adsorption rate of Fe (Ⅱ) to the modified BC. The adsorption rate was above 90% especially when the concentration of Fe (Ⅱ) was low.
