教学质量直接影响到研究生的教育质量。研究性的学习应该在学生中得以提倡。培养研究生的自学能力、研究能力和创新能力是研究生培养的目标。而探究性的教学必须有教学方法上的改革和创新。通过探究式的授课方式,把原理与实例分析相结合、学习与思考相结合、传授知识与培养创新意识相结合,从而达到既让学生学到某一领域的新知识,同时也培养学生独立发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力。通过广泛的课堂讨论、课前学习和阅读、课后的研究应用,一定程度上可以提高研究生的教学水平。
The quality of teaching directly affects the quality of graduate education. Research learning should be promoted among students. Training graduate self-learning ability, research ability and ability to innovate is the goal of postgraduate training. The inquiry teaching must have the teaching method reform and innovation. Through inquiry-based teaching methods, the combination of principle and case analysis, combination of learning and thinking, imparting knowledge and cultivating innovative awareness combine to achieve the goal of not only letting students learn new knowledge in a certain field but also cultivating students’ independent discoveries Problem, problem analysis and problem solving. Through a wide range of class discussions, pre-class study and reading, after-school research and application, to a certain extent, can improve the teaching level of graduate students.
