湖北省监利县长江高级中学创办于1994年,由于先天不足,加之受3年洪水的影响,办学步履维艰。到1999年底.学校欠债达320多万.学生人数仅有800多人。教职工165人中能上讲台的不足90人,且由于待遇低,人心思走,不安心工作。2000年初.湖北省援藏教师、湖北省中学特级教师张久春受命于危难之际.走马上任监利县长江高级中学校长。上任之初,张校长向全校教职工庄严承诺:请给我3年时
Jianli County, Hubei Province, the Yangtze River High School was founded in 1994, due to inherent deficiencies, combined with the impact of three years of floods, school struggling. By the end of 1999, the school owed more than 3.2 million debts and the number of students was only over 800. Among the 165 staff members, there are less than 90 persons who can attend the podium, and due to the low treatment, people think hard and do not feel comfortable working.
