[目的]观察番茄纤维对高脂血症鹌鹑脂质代谢的影响。[方法]建立高脂血症鹌鹑模型,同时给予番茄纤维,连续8周。实验0周、4周、8周时取血测定血清胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的含量。实验结束后,测定肝匀浆中TG、TC含量,并进行肝脏病理学检查。[结果]与模型组相比,给药4周后,番茄纤维高、低剂量组均能显著降低血清TC、LDL-C,升高HDL-C水平。给药8周后,番茄纤维高、低剂量组均能明显降低血清TG、TC、LDL-C,升高HDL-C水平,并能降低肝匀浆中TG、TC水平。番茄纤维能减轻高脂饮食引起的肝脏脂肪变性。[结论]番茄纤维对鹌鹑高脂血症具有预防作用。
[Objective] To observe the effect of tomato fiber on lipid metabolism of hyperlipemia quail. [Method] The hyperlipemia quail model was established and the tomato fiber was given for 8 weeks continuously. The levels of serum cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) were determined at 0, 4 and 8 weeks after the experiment. After the experiment, the contents of TG and TC in liver homogenate were determined and liver pathological examination was performed. [Result] Compared with the model group, high and low-dose tomato fiber groups could significantly lower serum TC, LDL-C and increase HDL-C after 4 weeks of administration. After 8 weeks of administration, the levels of TG, TC, LDL-C, HDL-C and TG, TC in liver homogenate were significantly decreased in high and low-dose tomato fiber groups. Tomato fiber reduces fatty liver degeneration caused by a high-fat diet. [Conclusion] The tomato fiber has the preventive effect on the quail hyperlipidemia.
