介绍了用圆柱形容性感应探针进行非拦截式束流强度测量的方法。该方法利用测量束流相宽和中心相位的感应探针同时进行束流强度的监测 ,以满足 HIRFL束流诊断的在线测控要求 ;说明了采用数字示波器测量束流感应信号并从中提取束团相宽及束流强度等信息的原理。介绍了测量系统装置及虚拟仪器技术在本系统中的应用 ,并给出了初步实验结果和测量精度的分析。
The method of non-interceptive beam intensity measurement with cylindrical capacitive sensing probe is introduced. In this method, the intensity of the beam is monitored at the same time by using the sensing probe with the phase width and the center phase of the beam to meet the requirements of on-line measurement and control of the HIRFL beam current diagnosis. The digital oscilloscope is used to measure the beam induced signal and extract the bunched phase Wide and beam intensity and other information on the principle. The application of measuring system and virtual instrument technology in this system is introduced, and the preliminary experimental results and the analysis of measurement accuracy are given.
