目的:研究艾灸“肺俞”、“膏肓”对博莱霉素所致肺纤维化大鼠肺组织肿瘤坏死因子α的影响,探索针灸阻抑肺纤维化的效应机制,为针灸介入肺纤维化防治提供实验依据。方法:实验用SD大鼠分为4组:空白组、模型组、艾灸组、泼尼松组。气管内注入博菜霉素制作大鼠肺纤维化模型,造模后7天开始治疗。每天1次,10天为1疗程,疗程间体息1天,共治疗3个疗程后采用酶联免疫吸附法测定其肺组织肿瘤坏死因子α含量。结果:肺组织肿瘤坏死因子α含量分别为:空白组(0 . 5±0 . 0 8)ng/mL ,模型组(2 6. 18±0 63 .)ng/mL ,艾灸组(16. 18±1. 2 5 )ng/mL ,泼尼松组(14 .18±1 0 .8)ng/mL ;艾灸组、泼尼松组与模型组比较,P <0 . 0 1,艾灸组与泼尼松组比较,P >0 . 0 5。结论:艾灸“肺俞”、“膏盲”能降低肺纤维化大鼠肺组织肿瘤坏死因子含量,与泼尼松效应相当。
Objective: To study the effect of moxibustion “Feiyu” and “Qiyu” on TNF-α in lung tissue of pulmonary fibrosis rats induced by bleomycin, and to explore the effect mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion inhibiting pulmonary fibrosis. Chemical control provides experimental evidence. Methods: SD rats were divided into 4 groups: blank group, model group, moxibustion group and prednisone group. Intratracheal injection of boricin to produce pulmonary fibrosis model in rats and treatment started 7 days after model establishment. One time a day, 10 days for a course of treatment, body weight during the course of treatment for 1 day, a total of 3 courses of treatment using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to determine the content of tumor necrosis factor α in the lung tissue. Results: The contents of tumor necrosis factor α in lung tissue were: blank group (0.5 ± 0.08) ng/mL, model group (2 6. 18 ± 0 63 .) ng/mL, moxibustion group (16. 18±1. 25 ng/mL, prednisone group (14.18±10.8) ng/mL; moxibustion group and prednisone group compared with model group, P 0. 0 1 Compared with the prednisone group, the moxibustion group had P > 0.05. Conclusion: Moxibustion “Feishu” and “Blinding” can reduce the content of tumor necrosis factor in lung tissue of rats with pulmonary fibrosis, which is equivalent to that of prednisone.
