本文对57例RRTI患儿进行了血清可溶性白细胞介素2受体(SIL—2R),T细胞亚类(OKT)系统,免疫球蛋白(Ig)及补体(C3、C4)进行了检测。结果表明:其血清SIL—2R水平为602.71±358.663U/ml,明显高于对照组324.24±180.98U/ml,U=5.29,P<0.01,两组有显著性差异。OKT系统分布紊乱,CD+3、CD+4减少,CD+8增多,CD+4/CD+8下降,与对照组相比P<0.01,有显著性差异。IgG、IgA经统计学处理两组无明显差异,但观察组IgG、IgA总体水平仍有下降趋势。观察组IgM明显高于对照组,P<0.01。可能与特异性抗体生成有关。C3、C4经统计学处理,无显著性差异。
