目的建立冷却塔军团菌病健康风险综合评价指标体系,为人群健康风险提供定量评价方法。方法通过文献回顾、现场监测和现场调查进行基础指标筛选,以专家访谈和会议研讨的形式确立指标体系结构,利用序关系法计算指标权重并完成冷却塔军团菌病健康风险评价指标体系的构建。结果确定了综合评价指标体系,包括一级指标3项,二级指标10项,专家协调系数W值为0.699(P<0.001)。结论序关系法应用于冷却塔军团菌健康风险评价指标体系具有较强的可操作性与实用性,并为进一步建立风险预警模型奠定基础。
Objective To establish a comprehensive evaluation index system for Legionnaire’s disease risk in cooling tower and provide a quantitative evaluation method for health risk of population. Methods The basic indicators were screened through literature review, on-site monitoring and field investigation. The index system structure was established in the form of expert interviews and seminars. The ordinal weight method was used to calculate the index weights and the construction of the health risk assessment index system for Legionella disease in cooling tower was completed. Results The index system of comprehensive evaluation was established, including three first-level indicators and ten second-level indicators. The expert coordination coefficient W was 0.699 (P <0.001). Conclusion The application of ordinal relation method to Legionella health risk assessment index system in cooling tower has strong feasibility and practicability and lays the foundation for further establishment of risk early warning model.
