目的加强六盘水市结核病预防控制工作,通过对4个县盲法复检以提高实验室阳性检出率,使实验室痰涂片镜检得到提高。方法 2010-2014年六盘水市对4个县级实验室结核痰涂片镜检室间质量评估(EQA)。结果 2010-2014年六盘水市对县区督导覆盖率已达100.0%,质控频率为每季度一次,一年4次。4个县共计复检痰片2 480张,镜检阳性符合率96.7%。结论 EQA的室间质控,是提高痰涂片质量和病人发现率的关键。
Objective To strengthen the prevention and control of tuberculosis in Liupanshui City by blind review of 4 counties to improve the detection rate of laboratory positive so that the laboratory sputum smear was improved. Methods 2010-2014 Liupanshui City, four county-level laboratory tuberculosis sputum smear microscopy inter-room quality assessment (EQA). Results From 2010 to 2014, Liupanshui City supervised the coverage of county to 100.0%. The quality control frequency was quarterly and 4 times a year. A total of 4 480 counties were reexamined, and the positive coincidence rate of microscopic examination was 96.7%. Conclusion EQA inter-ventricular quality control is the key to improve sputum smear quality and patient discovery rate.
