采用文献、数理统计方法研究两组不同水平男子跳远运动员跳远助跑、起跳的一些主要运动学参数.研究表明造成成绩差异的主要原因是踏板水平速度、起跳缓冲阶段膝伸肌退让性收缩能力,并据此提出诊断技术建议,供跳远运动员训练参考.
The literature and mathematical statistics were used to study some main kinematic parameters of long jump run-up and take-off between two groups of male long jumpers. The study shows that the main reason for the difference in performance is the horizontal speed of the pedal and the ability of the knee extensor to retract during the take-off and take-down buffer. Based on the results, the authors put forward the technical advice of diagnosis and reference for long-jump athletes training.
