本刊讯 近日,记者从省经济贸易委员会了解到,“十五”期间我省逐步建立和完善企业经营管理人员职业培训制度,逐步推行企业经营管理人员工商管理职业资格证书制度。企业经营管理人员在取得“工商管理职业资格证书”后,可纳入企业经理人才市场的测评、推荐范围,并作为其任职、上岗的必备条件之一。
Recently, this reporter learned from the Provincial Economic and Trade Commission that during the 10th Five-Year Plan period, our province gradually established and improved the vocational training system for business operation and management personnel, and gradually implemented the business management professional qualification certificate system for business operation and management personnel. After obtaining the “Business Administration Professional Qualification Certificate”, the business management personnel may include the evaluation and recommendation range of the enterprise manager talent market and shall be one of the prerequisites for their employment and appointment.
