目的 :观察胰激肽原酶与神经妥乐平对糖尿病周围神经病变的治疗作用。方法 :186例给予胰激肽原酶 12 0u ,po ,tid ,连服 30d为一疗程 ;36 5例给予神经妥乐平 7.2u加入 0 .9%氯化钠注射液 2 5 0ml静滴 ,qd ,连续 15d为一疗程。结果 :胰激肽原酶组总有效率 5 5 .9%。神经妥乐平组总有效率 6 3.9%。两组比较 ,疗效无统计学差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :胰激肽原酶与神经妥乐平对糖尿病周围神经病变均有明显治疗作用
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of pancreatic kininogenase and neurotropin on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods: 186 patients were given pancreatic kallikrein 12 0u, po, tid, even for 30 days for a course of treatment; 36 5 cases were given neurotraphine 7.2u 0.9% sodium chloride injection 250ml intravenous infusion, qd , Continuous 15d for a course of treatment. Results: The total effective rate of pancreatic kallikrein group was 55.9%. The total effective rate of neurotropin group 6 3.9%. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Pancreatic kallikrein and neurotropin have significant therapeutic effects on diabetic peripheral neuropathy
