随着现代社会信息化建设速度的加快以及建筑行业社会地位的提升,使得信息化已经成为了建筑行业当前主要的发展方向。项目管理工作作为建筑行业管理工作中的重要内容,而BIM作为项目管理工作现代化建设过程中使用的一个主要工具,其在建筑行业管理工作中的重要性也在不断提高。但由于我国BIM发展时间较短,所以在应用过程中还存在一定的问题。对此,本文以项目管理工作为立足点,通过对项目管理流程的分析,就BIM管理流程的具体应用情况进行研究。
With the speeding up of information construction in modern society and the improvement of the social status of the construction industry, informationization has become the current major development direction of the construction industry. Project management as an important part of the management of the construction industry, and BIM as a major tool used in the modernization of project management, and its importance in the management of the construction industry is also rising. However, due to the short development time of BIM in our country, there are still some problems in the application process. In this regard, this article takes the project management as the starting point, through the analysis of the project management process, on the BIM management process of the specific application research.
