采用双向电泳免疫印迹检测法,分析了24 例正常人及 24 例Ⅳ型高脂血症患者血清 H D L亚类的相对百分含量。结果显示:与正常人比较,Ⅳ型高脂血症患者血清中小颗粒的前β1 H D L和 H D L3a含量显著增加( P值分别< 0.001 和< 0.05),而成熟的 H D L2b含量显著减少( P< 0.001)。患者血清 T G 浓度与前β1 H D L及 H D L3a水平呈正相关(相关系数分别为 0.582 和 0.692),而与 H D L2b 及 H D L2a 水平呈显著负相关(相关系数分别为- 0.506和- 0.552)。由此提示Ⅳ型高脂血症患者的 H D L成熟过程可能受阻。
The relative percentages of serum H D L subgroups in 24 normal subjects and 24 patients with type IV hyperlipidemia were analyzed by two-dimensional electrophoresis and Western blotting. The results showed that the contents of pre-β1 H D L and H D L3a in serum were significantly increased in patients with type Ⅳ hyperlipidemia (P <0.001 and <0.05, respectively), while those in mature H D L2b levels were significantly reduced (P <0.001). Serum T G concentrations were positively correlated with pre-β1-H D L and H D L3a levels (correlation coefficients 0.582 and 0.692, respectively), but negatively correlated with H D L2b and H D L2a levels (correlation coefficient Respectively - 0.506 and - 0.552). This suggests that patients with type IV hyperlipidemia H D L mature process may be blocked.
