高校图书馆想要吸引读者、留住读者,必须思考研究读者对图书馆是否满意,对读者的抱怨行为进行研究。本文以河北省高校图书馆学生读者为研究对象,通过调查,研究读者抱怨行为影响因素包括服务失误因素、情境因素以及个体因素,创建抱怨行为研究模型,进而设计调查问卷进行调查分析,发现服务失误因素和情境因素是抱怨行为的主要因子,并针对具体因素给出合理建议。
University libraries want to attract readers and retain readers, we must think about whether readers are satisfied with the library and conduct research on readers’ complaints. In this paper, we take the readers of university library in Hebei Province as the research object, investigate the factors that affect the readers’ complaining behavior, including service failure factors, situational factors and individual factors, and create the research model of complaint behavior, then design the questionnaire to conduct investigation and analysis, Factors and situational factors are the main factors of grievances and give reasonable advice on the specific factors.
