随着新课改的推进,使得初中教育模式有了极大的改变,各科教师在不断地探索新的教学模式,而班主任也在探寻适合当前教学模式下的班级管理方式,初中班主任工作内容较多,涉及到的方面较广,因此需要总结出适合自己班级学生特点的管理方法,以此提高班级管理效率,笔者根据自身班级管理经验,对初中班主任工作的有效开展,总结了几点自己的心得体会。
