腹股沟斜疝嵌顿是外科常见的急腹症之一,小儿斜疝嵌顿也不少见,因此,急诊处理是否得当与其预后关系密切,而有些情况的斜疝嵌顿,尤其是小儿斜疝嵌顿可以急诊手法复位而转为择期手术。现介绍我科自1993年以来收治的小儿嵌顿性腹股沟斜疝的急诊手法复位的处理体会。1 临床资料自1993年以来急渗手法复位处理小儿嵌顿性腹股沟斜疝375例,成功342例,转入手术33例(不包括未经手法复位的患儿)。复位成功的324例中男317例,女25例;年龄在1个月内者5例,3岁以下者293例,3
