作者通过临床实验证实了用氟化亚锡(SnF_2)漱口能使牙菌落形成单位(CFU)总计数和菌斑内变形链球菌(S_m)和螧血链球菌(S_s)量明显降低。实验是让11名受试者每日晨起、睡前用0.2%的SnF_2各漱口一次,每次15ml,共3日。数日后分别用水和N_aF以相同方式进行漱口,其比较结果表明:SnF_2漱口能使牙菌斑产酸减少。CFU总计数和菌斑中S_m及S_s的量明显降低,S_m及S_s的量较CFU总计数
Through clinical experiments, the authors confirmed that gargle with stannous fluoride (SnF 2) significantly reduced the total count of dental colony forming units (CFUs) and the amount of Streptococcus mutans (S_m) and Streptococcus sanguis (S_s) in plaque. The experiment was to allow 11 subjects to get up early each morning, rinse mouth with 0.2% SnF 2 once before bedtime, 15ml each time for 3 days. A few days later, water and N_aF were used to gargle in the same way. The results showed that: SnF_2 gargle can reduce plaque acidity. The total count of CFU and the amount of S_m and S_s in plaque decreased significantly, the amount of S_m and S_s was more than the total number of CFU
