一、班主任要严格要求自己,做学生的表率 正人先正己。在教育学生的过程中,班主任要先做出榜样,只有不断提高自己的水平和能力,学生才会从内心佩服你。很难想象,一个思想觉悟低,表里不一,缺乏师德,教学能力也很差的班主任,他(或她)的威信可以持久建立。 二、要爱护学生,和学生多接触,多交谈 班主任既是学生的老师,同时又要发自内心地爱护、关心学生,想学生所想,急学生所急,力争做学生的知心朋友。这样,和学生建立了深厚感情,学生才会爱你,尊重你,教育效果才会事半功倍。
