本文以逐个专访的方式对广州市宝岗街区1977至1986年出生的2289名婴儿及其母亲作了一次社会医学调查。结果表明,10年来婴儿出生身长及体重变化不大,并与其母生育时年龄无明显相关关系,10年中低出生体重儿比重呈明显的下降趋势,下降率达49.7％。本文还就出生身长,体重的季节性变化、低出生体重变化及足月产情况等与国内外情况作了比较和分析。
In this interview, we conducted a social medical survey of 2,289 infants and their mothers born in 1977 and 1986 in Baogang District, Guangzhou. The results showed that the birth weight and body weight of infants did not change much in 10 years, and had no significant correlation with the age at the time of motherhood. The proportion of children with low birth weight in 10 years showed a declining trend with a decreasing rate of 49.7%. This article also compares the length of birth, seasonal changes in body weight, changes in low birth weight and full-time employment with domestic and international situations.
