论述了煤业集团供应链管理的应用背景及模式,并在分析其运作过程中存在的组织结构不合理、运作模式不合理、信息流通不畅等问题的基础上,着重从业务流程再造、主辅分离以及信息技术共享等方面给出了相应的策略和建议,以期能够推动煤业集团供应链管理的更好实施。
This paper discusses the application background and mode of supply chain management in Coal Industry Group. On the basis of analyzing the problems such as irrational organizational structure, unreasonable mode of operation and poor information circulation in the process of operation, this paper focuses on business process reengineering, Secondary separation and information technology sharing and other aspects of the corresponding strategies and recommendations given in order to promote coal industry supply chain management can be better implemented.
