一、前言上海石化总厂φ1.8米海水输水管钢管是为热电厂凝汽机组提供冷却用水的,每天供海水量达80万吨左右。该管采用A_3钢板卷制,原设计钢板厚16毫米,其中腐蚀裕度2毫米。据有关资料报导,该地区海水中A_3钢的平均腐蚀深度为0.37毫米/年;而该管在目前使用条件下,据现场挂片测定结果却达0.73毫米/年。因此,如不采取可靠的保护措施,钢管的使用期较短,这将给生产带来极大的威胁,尽管管内壁喷涂了矿渣水泥
