随着计算机和网络技术的快速发展,我们已进入到了信息化社会,各行各业都加快了信息化建设的进程。建设工程档案管理工作也加快了向现代化和信息化方向的发展。招投标档案作为建设工程档案的重要组成部分,其依托于信息化环境,也开始向数字化方向发展,并取得了较好的成效。文中从信息化环境对招投标档案数字化管理的挑战进行分析,并进一步对信息化环境下招投标档案数字化管理的创新进行了具体的阐述。
With the rapid development of computer and network technology, we have entered the information society, and all walks of life have accelerated the process of information construction. Construction project file management has also accelerated the direction of modernization and information. Bidding archives as an important part of the construction project archives, which relies on the information environment, has also begun to digitize the direction of development and achieved good results. This paper analyzes the challenge of digital management of bidding documents from information environment, and further elaborates the innovation of digitized management of bidding documents under the informationized environment.
