本文对15个离笋品种进行了成株期食用茎、功能叶、苗期功能叶硝酸盐累积量的测定研究。结果表明硝酸盐的累积量在品种间存在较大差异,成株期食用茎最大差异达71%;成株期功能叶最大差异达79%;苗期功能叶的最大差异达62%;同一品种不同生育期硝酸盐累积量以幼苗期为高,苗期功能叶与成株期功能叶之间的差异可达46%~78%;同一品种不同器官硝酸盐含量也存有差异,茎的含量一般大于叶片的含量,差异可达16%~21%;食用茎和功能叶的硝酸盐累积量的相关性达极显著水平(r=0.7936)。
In this paper, 15 off-shoot varieties of adult edible stems, functional leaves, functional leaf nitrate accumulation in the determination. The results showed that there was a great difference in nitrate accumulation between cultivars. The maximum difference of adult stems was 71% in adult plants, 79% in adult plants, and 62% in functional leaves at seedling stage. The accumulation of nitrate in different growth stages was high in seedling stage, and the difference between functional leaves and adult functional leaves in seedling stage reached 46% -78%. There were also differences in nitrate content in different organs of the same species, Generally, the content of chlorophyll a in leaves was 16% ~ 21% higher than that in leaves. The correlation of nitrate accumulation in edible stems and functional leaves was extremely significant (r = 0.7936).
