介绍了高强奥氏体不锈钢冲击辊印缺陷的形貌和产生机理。分析了加热过程中板坯上下表面温度控制、粗轧上下辊速度差和粗轧压上参数对该缺陷的影响。针对轧制穿带咬钢瞬间存在的冲击降速现象,在控制系统中增加冲击增速补偿参数,通过试验跟踪确定了合理的冲击增速补偿参数。对轧制过程中影响温度的其他相关控制点进行了讨论,并提出了改进措施。通过对以上相关工艺点的改进,高强奥氏体不锈钢冲击辊印缺陷减少,取得了良好的效果。
The morphology and mechanism of high-strength austenitic stainless steel impacted roll imprint defects are introduced. The effects of temperature control on the upper and lower slabs during heating, the difference in speed between the upper and lower rolls and the parameters of the rough rolling on the defects were analyzed. Aiming at the phenomenon of the instantaneous deceleration of the impact of the rolling wear bite steel, the compensation parameters of the impact acceleration are added in the control system, and the reasonable compensation parameters of the impact acceleration are determined through the test tracking. The other related control points affecting the temperature in the rolling process are discussed, and the improvement measures are put forward. Through the improvement of the above related process points, high-strength austenitic stainless steel impact roller printing defects reduced, and achieved good results.
