省政府为加速开发云南优势资源,加大经济结构调整力度,加快科技成果产业化的步伐,决定实施“18生物资源开发工程”。为保证“18生物资源开发工程”项目顺利启动,凡是经过省政府批准列为“18生物资源开发工程”项目的企业申请银行贷款时必须认真执行本规定。
The provincial government decided to implement the “18 Biological Resources Development Project” in order to speed up the development of superior resources in Yunnan, intensify the adjustment of economic structure and accelerate the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements. In order to ensure the smooth start-up of “18 Biological Resources Development Project”, all enterprises approved as “18 Biological Resources Development Project” by the provincial government must strictly implement these Provisions when applying for bank loans.
