网络是一股新生的媒体力量,一直以来网络都在进行着不间断得发展和变革,同时也在影响着我们的社会。网络形式下的信息传播相较以往“传统媒体时代”有很大不同。因此,“信息时代”企业危机公关的表现形式,以及企业应对网络危机的方式也不同以往。本文初步探讨网络环境下的企业危机特点,以及企业如何做好网络公关以防范和处理网络危机。
The Internet is a nascent media force that has been developing and transforming uninterruptedly throughout the network. It is also affecting our society. The dissemination of information under the network format is quite different from the traditional media era. Therefore, “information age ” the manifestation of corporate crisis public relations, as well as the way companies respond to the network crisis is also different from the past. This article initially explores the characteristics of corporate crisis under the network environment and how enterprises can make good use of their network PR in order to prevent and deal with the network crisis.
