根据农业产业结构特点,对河北省机械化保护性耕作技术进行评价,提出促进此项技术持续发展、推广的对策,以化解土地资源短缺对区域经济增长的限制。通过分析机械化保护性耕作技术产生的效益和存在的问题,提出了相应的对策:加强技术宣传、培训;搞好试验示范,充分发挥农机合作社的辐射作用;农机农艺结合,创新完善技术模式;创新服务推广模式;建立完善的投入机制;完善市场推广机制。
According to the characteristics of agricultural industrial structure, we evaluated the mechanized conservation tillage technology in Hebei Province and put forward the countermeasures to promote the sustainable development and popularization of this technology so as to resolve the restriction of the shortage of land resources on the regional economic growth. By analyzing the benefits and existing problems caused by mechanized conservation tillage technology, some countermeasures are put forward, such as strengthening technical propaganda and training, carrying out experiments and demonstrations, giving full play to the radiation effects of agricultural cooperatives, combining agricultural and agricultural practices, innovating and perfecting technical modes, innovating Service promotion model; establish a sound input mechanism; improve the marketing mechanism.
