今年咱省部份縣、區受到水災或因旱收成無望,災民衆多,災情比較嚴重;又因東北爲抗美援朝主要基地,對於救災工作,中央極爲重視,已定爲當前的一件重要政治任務。因而東北人民政府東政衛字第二十七號指示,將災區衛生工作定爲本年中心工作之一。爲此,對災區衛生工作特作如下指示: 一、各級人民政府應將災區衛生工作,作爲本年中心工作之一:加强重視和領導,主动的及早進行預防工作。防止‘餓死人
This year, some counties and districts in our province were hit by floods or have no hope of harvesting crops due to drought. There are so many victims and disastrous situations. Since the northeastern region is the main base for resisting U.S. aggression and for aiding the United States, the Central Committee attaches great importance to disaster relief work and has now been set as the current important political task. Therefore, the Northeast People’s Government of East Governance word on the 27th instructions, the disaster area health work as one of the center of the year.
