本文叙述了用低标号水泥修筑混凝土路面试验路的设计、试验和施工情况。铺筑试验路的目的,在于探索用地方小水泥厂生产的低标号水泥(325号或以下)修筑路面的技术措施、设计方法和施工工艺及其实际使用效果。文中介绍的主要措施是:在强度方面充分挖掘混凝土后期强度增长的潜力,引用3~4个月的后期强度(90天龄期比28天龄期的允许抗折强度提高15~20%);路面设计荷载一般均按使用期可能通行的重车作为设计标准;在施工方法上主要是采用干硬性混凝土或真空吸水工艺。试验研究表明,水泥标号不宜过低,以接近325号(软炼)为宜。对混凝土配比设计要进行多次计算、调整和室内试验工作,以寻求经济合理的配比。室内外试验表明,无论抗折强度和抗压强度均能满足设计要求。经过一年多行车考验,实际使用效果较好。
This paper describes the design, testing and construction of concrete pavement test roads with low-grade cement. The purpose of paving the test road is to explore technical measures, design methods, construction techniques and practical effects of pavement construction using low-grade cement (No. 325 or below) produced by local small cement factories. The main measures introduced in this article are: to fully tap the potential of late strength growth of concrete in terms of strength, and to apply the late strength of 3 to 4 months (the allowable flexural strength of 90 days is 15 ~ 20% higher than that of 28 days). Pavement design load are generally used by the heavy truck may pass the design period as the standard; in the construction method is mainly dry hard concrete or vacuum water absorption process.
