Early detection of vascular function of cardiovascular disease prevention and treatment is of great significance. This paper mainly studies the effectiveness of finger temperature monitoring curve in the prediction of cardiovascular diseases, and compares it with the results of pulse wave velocity. A total of 112 subjects (aged 42.18 ± 12.28 years, 50% male and 37 confirmed cardiovascular disease) were enrolled in the study. Finger temperature monitoring and pulse wave velocity measurements were performed. Data analysis showed that cardiovascular disease-related parameters concentrated in the finger temperature drop stage. Logistic regression model with the best prediction effect was selected by ten fold cross-validation to predict cardiovascular disease. The effect was consistent with the detection of pulse wave velocity. The results also show that the parameters in the finger temperature profile have certain early arteriosclerosis detection capabilities. The results of this study show that finger temperature curves have the potential to predict cardiovascular disease or reflect early vascular function in cardiovascular disease.
