基层植物检疫机构(县级及相应单位)是整个植物检疫系统的放哨所、战斗小分队明确基层植物检疫工作的中心任务,才能做到有的放矢,也才只能保持与上级植检机构紧密无间,即形成一有机的整体。笔者借“双百园地”一角,对基层植检机构的工作做一粗线的剖析。
